Unit 8 post

I found The Journey On and The Crime of the Century to be the best relaxation exercises for me.  I have way too much going on at once and I am pretty much always stressed out.  I could definitely benefit greatly from using these techniques more often.    Therefore, I have saved them to my computer and I plan on trying to put them on my MP3 player as well so that when my kids go to bed I can listen to them.   I am going to miss having this class.  I have learned so much and I and others in my life have noticed how much calmer I have become since starting this course.

    I'm glad you are able to relax during the meditation exercises you chose. I find meditation very beneficial and I will continue to practice as well. I also have learned a lot about myself; I've learned to control my anxiety and stress and how to take a negative situation and turn into a positive experience. Great Post!     It is absolutely awesome that you have found the exercise that work for you. Meditation is a wonderful practice and has so many wonderful benefits. A great stress reliever. I think it does calm us down enough to really learn a few things about ourselves. Excellent post!

    Those are both good exercises that I really enjoyed doing myself... I agree with you that there are many exercises within this class that I have kept and will eventually download onto my MP3 player so that I can listen to them at anytime I choose. Additionally, I will share these exercises with my family, especially my husband, so that maybe we together can take that journey towards total consciousness and a clear mind.
